WHO WE ARE
Nestled in the beautiful desert of Sahuarita, Arizona is a humble little ranch, with a grandiose mission: to bring rescue, recovery, and recreation, through the beauty and power of connecting with horses and other animals. Faith & Fire Ranch was founded in 2015, with visits to at-risk youth with Lilly, the loving therapy dog. It continues to grow, passionately striving to provide a variety of equine and ranch services to all.
Those who are familiar with horses recognize and understand the power of horses to influence people in incredibly powerful ways. Developing relationships, training, horsemanship instruction, and caring for horses naturally affect the people involved in a positive manner. Working with horses improves work ethic, responsibility, assertiveness, communication, and healthy relationships. Horses naturally provide these benefits, and many more.
Our animal-assisted learning programs help participants find restoration, relaxation, and growth through equine-oriented and animal-assisted activities in a safe and positive environment. As a non-profit organization, we strive to give our animals the best care, while working to expand and provide participants with the best possible experience. Instructors are certified in Eagala and combine their passion and expertise with animals with evidence-based interventions to help participants meet their goals through this unique experience.
